Contact information for the Manager, Gerry Yost, is listed below.  Also listed below, you will find PDF files of the governing documents for the Association.  Use of this website is intended only for property owners in The Timbers Subdivision. Information gathered from this website should not be used to satisfy requirements of any real estate transaction. Those requirements must be met by properly submitting a request to the Homeowners Association for information and resale certificate in accordance with the transaction contract.
